Why did you decide to pursue a career in Financial Planning?

I have always had a passion for helping people and using numbers and saw Financial Planning as a great way to achieve that in a variety of ways.

What does your day to day look like? What is the behind the scenes work like for you?

I spend most of my days in meetings. These are either with clients, team members or relating to the research of investments.  It’s important that our teams work collaboratively, so I work with them collectively to discuss various strategy solutions to provide great outcomes for our clients.

What is the most enjoyable part of your job?

Achieving great outcomes for clients and our teams. I love working together to help our clients and team members achieve their goals and enjoy the lives that they desire.

What do you do to relax?

I’ll let you know in the years to come when the kids choose to hang out with their friends over their dad. Spare time is usually kid related, not relaxing, but mainly enjoyable.

What is something your colleagues or clients may not know about you?

Not sure this is an unknown since colleagues and some clients have seen me limp around the office, but I still enjoy playing competitive footy.
